The whole hotel block feels like it desperately needs a makeover!!! The design choices only bring back memories of a 1980s office, and the persistent damp issues are quite unpleasant. The rooms could really use better privacy solutions.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited the local zoo and dined at a fantastic Italian restaurant. The hotel had a nice bar area, and the breakfast was pretty filling. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious enough. Plus, it's close to town, so we could explore easily.

The heating in the room was a bit too much, and we couldn't open the windows for fresh air, which made it uncomfortable at night.

Good place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a wonderful bar area. The staff once helped me print documents, and they are always friendly and cheerful. I’m coming back for a city break!

We had a good 1-night stay here. The staff were super friendly, which made a difference. The room was comfy and surprisingly quiet, even with a wedding happening. Breakfast was hit or miss. the first day it was overcooked, but the second day was really tasty. Just wish the updating in the room was a bit better!

the cocked hat has a charming old building that oozes history. it was located perfectly for our needs with plenty of parking. the reception in the bar made for a unique touch, and the staff were super friendly, even providing extra towels and decaf tea. the bed was comfy and quiet due to triple glazing, which helped us rest well.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Coombe Pool and the Lady Godiva Statue, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and sightseeing, and I loved how the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was filling, especially on the second day when it was freshly cooked.

I appreciated the charming old ambiance of the Cocked Hat By Greene King Inns. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responding promptly to our requests and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
